Flashmob against illegal logging in Romania
Saturday, May 9, in front of Brandenburger Tor, the Romanians and not only, join the first major protest against illegal deforestation in Romania. Because of these shady practices, fueled by a combination of poor legislation and widespread corruption, Romania has lost in just a few years more than half of the forest areas it had in 1989.
