Berlin celebrates St. Patrick's Day

Hundreds of people braved the cold weather to attend the festivities of St. Patrick's Day in Berlin.The participants wore colorful costumes to celebrate the Patron Saint of Ireland in the parade that ended at Arena Berlin.

Today as part of the Green Week Berlin, I have been to one of the greatest protest, the farmers protest against genetically-modified agriculture.
I could see very creative people with magnificent banners, clothes, etc.  I loved it, woke up late but in 20 minutes I was surrounded by thousands of people who were energetic, up and yelling, dancing.
I found it hard to buy food afterwards...

Groups took part in the 'No Pants Subway Ride' in Berlin, an annual flash mob event that occurs in different cities around the world in January that began in 2002 in New York.
