Festival Tziganiada begins in Brussels - April 2, 2013

The Belgian-Romanian Cultural House Arthis in partnership with several Roma associations invite Arthis Tziganiada Festival to meet the Romanian Roma people in Brussels. Today, the 2nd of April 2013, it was debated: "the  literacy, the first step towards the integration of Roma", "Roma women" and "street musicians and their current problems".
